Solicitation for a Concession Contract to Provide Hunting Guide Services at Denali National Park and Preserve

The National Park Service (Service) intends to award up to two (2) concession contracts for hunting guide services within Denali National Preserve (Preserve). This Prospectus describes in general terms the future business opportunities for services required by the Service. Offerors should review all sections of this Prospectus and specifically, the terms and conditions of the Draft Concession Contract, CC-DENA90x-18, including its exhibits (Draft Contract), to determine the full scope of a future concessioner’s responsibilities under the Draft Contract. The Service is conducting this solicitation in accordance with the National Park Service Concessions Management Improvement Act of 1998 (P.L. 105-391), as implemented by regulations in 36 CFR Part 51. The term “Concessioner” as used in this Prospectus refers to the entity that will be awarded one of the three available concession contracts CC-DENA90x-18.
