Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve

Concession Business Opportunity for Charter Vessel and Related Services within Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve

The National Park Service (“NPS” or “Service”) intends to award multiple concession contracts, with each concessioner allowed one contract, at Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve (“Park”) to provide charter vessel and related services. Beginning January 1, 2019, the Park will no longer issue Commercial Use Authorizations (CUA) for charter vessel or sport fishing services; these services will be authorized through concession contracts awarded through this solicitation. This Prospectus describes in general terms the existing business operations and the future business opportunity for the services required by the NPS. Offerors must review all sections of this Prospectus and specifically, the terms and conditions of the Draft Concession Contract, CC-GLBA0CV-19 (”Draft Contract”), including its exhibits, to determine the full scope of a future concessioner’s responsibilities under the Draft Contract. Any proposal must be received by 4:00 p.m. (AT) May 31, 2018. Please send proposals to:
