Solicitation for a Concession Business Opportunity for Guided Interpretive Motorized Tours within Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument

The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a Prospectus soliciting proposals for the award of one Concession Contract to provide Guided Interpretive Motorized Tours within Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR, Part 51, has determined that the Existing Concessioner is a Preferred Offeror for the Draft Contract. The Existing Concessioner must submit a responsive proposal to this Prospectus to be considered for award of the Contract. If the Existing Concessioner submits a responsive proposal and that proposal is not selected as the best proposal, the Preferred Offeror designation allows it to match the terms of the best offer and be awarded the contract. Hard copies will be available upon request for a printing cost recovery charge. The fee is $35.00 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $30.00 per copy if picked up in person.
