The NPS offers scheduled narrative tours of the Manor as well as self-guided tours during normal business hours. As a result of the Moses H. Cone Memorial Park Developed Area Management Plan (DAMP) (approved January 5, 2015), the NPS will reduce the assigned space for the retail operation from the current concession operation. The upcoming business opportunity will assign approximately 1,500 square feet on the west (or left) side of the first floor of the Manor, which includes these individual spaces: Music Room, Billiard Room, Side Hallway, Office and Sun Porch. The business opportunity also assigns a portion of the basement for use as storage or office space by the Concessioner. A drawing of the assigned space is attached.
